The PowerDrafterTM consists
of a two piece outlet duct system allowing for simple and quick
disassembly for cleaning. A high pressure blower is connected
to the two piece duct using flexible ducting to make
installation and disassembly quick and easy. There are no
bearings, motors, fan blades, or other moving parts within the
stove outlet to be destroyed by high temperatures or build-up of
creosote resulting in a reliable and dependable operation.
When
used in place of the forced draft blower to supply air to the
firebox, the benefits are:

Improved efficiency and reduction in the amount of smoke being
exhausted resulting in an estimated 20% firewood savings.
~ Lower temperatures of the outlet piping caused by the
addition of cool air from the high pressure blower reducing the
chances for structural fires.
~ Ease of
starting and maintaining fires within the firebox.

Any smoke
exiting the outlet pipe is diluted and is propelled higher into
the air thus reducing clouding neighbors with smoke.
